This totally remodeled vintage Hawaiian-style beach cottage is located directly on the beautiful white sand beaches on Anna Maria island. As you can see, the cottage faces west on one of the best rated beaches in the world by several travel magazines. This ground level cottage,(no long stairways!) has glorious sunset views from every room!
The cottage has just been remodeled with all pine white bead board on the walls, crown molding with indirect lighting. All the floors are redone in new ceramic tile and reclaimed wide plank pine flooring. All the couches and furniture are also new as are most of the beds. A new 42" plasma high def tv in the living room completes the look.
The living room is set up with the couches facing the water to take advantage of the views from the all glass west wall. The rooms were tastefully designed to look like something out of the pages of Coastal Living magazine. In the bedrooms, one is set up with a new queen bed with mosquito netting for a romatic look. The other bedroom has a queen bed and two single beds to sleep four easily. You can fit two more on the new oversized (8'x4')sofas.
Outside, the kids can build sandcastles on the beach under your watchful eye while you relax with a tall, cool drink on the beach side deck. Watch the dolphins play as the kids catch a wave! Step off the deck and feel the sugar sand in your toes, walk the miles of beaches on this island paradise.
